By 1971the ‘E’ type was a Series 3, and fitted with a V12 engine. This is a straight 6.
This is a series 2 E-Type with the 4.2L Inline-6! The 4.2L was standard on E-types from late 1964 to 1971!
Sorry but I also own a 1971 E-Type FHC and it is absolutely not a V12. It is a 10th anniversary E-Type
