Hi there. To be honest, I don't make videos at the moment. So, as far as I can describe, I have all my livescope related material on my left side. All the batteries and the GLS are in my left bag of the float tube (and that's all there is in there). The mount is on the left as well, slightly placed to the front so that it is easier to fish in your cone, but not so far to the front that it becomes hard to reach it, as you want to be able to easily turn it around while fishing. I hope this helps a little!

Hoi visboer! Excuus voor de late reactie, je zult inmiddels alles al binnen hebben en wellicht al een oplossing hebben. Zo niet dan hier mijn antwoord: Ik heb slechts 1 scotty onderdeel wat moeten aanpassen, verder was het vrij gemakkelijk te maken. Toch zou ik er inmiddels voor kiezen om toch te investeren in een 'echte' tranceducer stang, die zijn echt aanzienlijk steviger. De mijne begint het langzaam te begeven, dus ook ik zal eerdaags overgaan op zo een stang. Ik hoop je hiermee wat geholpen te hebben en wens je veel plezier met je set!

Super late reactie, mijn excuus. Als ik het goed begrijp bedoel je dus hoe ik snel schakel tussen de range van de LVS. Op mijn scherm heb ik de optie om met de touchscreen in en uit te zoomen zoals op een telefoonscherm. Daarnaast kan ik uiteraard de daadwerkelijke range instellen, maar dat gaat langzamer en vraagt er ook vaak om om de gain aan te passen. Hopelijk heb je er nog wat aan na twee maanden...

Ik heb zelf iets gefabriceerd met een aluminium hoekje waardoor ik de transducer gemakkelijk kan draaien in elke richting die ik wil. Er zijn wel mounts te koop, maar ik vond deze persoonlijk erg duur voor wat het doet.

Yeah, it simple. The only thing you need to consider is how and where you're gonna put the transducer. Really think it through, because it has costed me three scotty pads 😅

Ik heb ooit ergens een hoesje gevonden om je telefoon aan je fiets te bevestigen (dunlop smartphone houder, hier een link naar een site die dezelfde aanbiedt, maar wellicht zijn er vergelijkbare opties: www.deprijshamer.nl/auto-aanhanger-en-fiets/dunlop-smartphonehouder). Na wat sleutelen kon ik deze bevestigen onder mijn garmin scherm. Succes!

Thank you! I customized a standard transducer arm to my wishes using some modified scotty parts and some scrap metal. So I am afraid I can't give you a ready option.

Hoi Richard. Ik heb alles (accu's en GLS10) in een van mijn tassen. Daar zit verder niets in, zodat het nog een beetje ruimte heeft om warmte kwijt te kunnen. Ik moet zeggen dat ik het mee vind vallen met hoe heet het wordt, maar ik zorg er dus wel altijd voor dat er niets op de computer ligt (behalve de bovenkant van mijn tas, en ook die zet ik soms deels open).

Thank you! Do I understand it correctly that you want to know the settings on my device? If so, I will look those up and post them for you. I'm not sure if the screen size matters when picking your settings, possibly the type of screen does.

Ja dat was wel even pijnlijk, maar gelukkig ving ik later nog een goede vis! Helaas was de accu van de gopro toen leeg, dus die staat niet op film (wel foto uiteraard).

It's a dunlop smartphone holder. It's essentially a full cover with a zipper and a transparent front that allows for the touchscreen to function.

Thank you! The display is 9 inch. It is big enough for me when I only use it for live scope.

Dank je! Ik moet er nog wat meer bekend mee worden, maar ik verwacht het veel te gebruiken voor snoek en het opsporen van scholen baars als het seizoen weer opent.

Yes, definitely! I'd rather say in deeper water it gets tricky. When the water is shallow you can aim the beam straight ahead and you see everything (like you see at the end of the video). But when the water gets deeper you have to choose an angle to set the beam at. The result is that if you aim it quite flat, you will have the same range as before, but you won't see fish that are deep. And if you aim the beam downward you limit the range because it will meet the bottom.

Hi there! Do you mean I should record the screen with my camera instead of the active captain app (so you can see my fingers)? If so, what would you like to see? I only have one camera, so it would be just the screen then.

@@mvdp92 It was mainly to see the proportions of the screen, I hesitate between a 943XSV OR ECHOMAP 102SV FOR THE SAME BUDGET WITH GT56 AND LSV32

@@valeriecrovilles4028 ah I see. I can film it (and I will, next time I'm out on the lake), but I think you should mainly consider whether you need the extra pixels. That is the reason I bought the expensive gpsmap 923xsv; because I want detail when using the livescope. Also, the gpsmap is fully touch, making it super easy to use.

@@ericchevallier5555 I can't tell you much about the other screen, but I'd say if 9 inch is enough for you, the extra $1000,- would be a good reason to stick with the 923!
