The downside is that the carry on bag is heavy already and all air lines have a weight restriction on how much is allowed which is normally around 7 kg. @emmalarson -I can relate to your weight loss struggles to a degree you could not comprehend. i also am on vshred. I struggle with hypothyroidism and with partial epilepsy. Because of my massive medical history-brain tumor the size of a grapefruit removed at age 2-no chemo. I got on this program because of the huge offer they had and because my weight was out of control. I will admit it is disappointing when you want so badly to see further changes. One thing I will always argue is this-anyone who comes up with a workout program, everyone promises something. That's the reality. Some will see results, while others won't. This program is just one amongst many. Everyone has as different a take as they do results. That is not their fault, no would it be fair to blame a program. The key is to stick with it. The things that are often promised with anything someone is selling may have come from research that they considered successful. And we can't discredit results we hear some share because we are not them, we all respond differently. And one thing I will say to vshreds credit-They're enthusiastic, If you get the savings(depending on your situation of course) you could save alot and not have to pay for it again. They also have free master classes on facebook that you can take part in. There are aspects that we may wish they'd improve, but realistically, they can't. At the end of they- they are a buisness and they need to make money(just as any other program people can sign up for.) Stick with the exersizes. And check out the master classes-they offer a free q&a at the end of the week. Good luck
