The Nehemiah Project is a ministry of Emmanuel Church in Abilene Kansas. Every year a core team of individuals leads the congregation in renovating a home for a family in the community. Inspired by the story of Nehemiah and the rebuilding of Jerusalem's walls, it is an unconditional gift that requires those involved to work on their piece of the project and have faith everything will be completed on time.
