Hello and Happy New Year. I have a jewel tone teal sofa and two goldenrod accent chairs. The fabric for my shear curtains is a vintage cream, white and light beige. My style is overall Mcm but I am open to any style and suggestions. I am leaning towards a yellowish and ivory wool area rug in a Moroccan style. I am also considering an ivory and beige wool rug. I have lots of yellow and teal patterned cushions and throws. This is a large purchase for me and I don’t want to make an expensive mistake. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I say leave the desl the pretty way you are and Thanks for the French country neutral colors. It might be helpful.

Super cute, I want to make these! But I have a suggestion to cut the little slits for the ribbon before folding/taping when the box is flat and you can cut against the board. Just my 2¢

That's waaaaaay to many cloves. Just a waste. That stuff is strong. You don't need more than 3-4

Update to my old comment: I did end up painting the hallway in BEHR ultra pure white in the Marquee paint. It was A. CHORE. I was painting over Cameo White, and after two coats, and still looking terrible, I went back to Home Depot and bought primer. Then I primed over the first two coats I had already done, and two more coats of Ultra Pure White later, it was finally done. Lesson: Ultra Pure White in BEHR Marquee covers NOTHING. I will say, that after two coats + one coat of primer + two more coats, it is a beautiful, gleaming white, and it brightened up the hallway like putting in a window. I don’t regret it, but in hindsight I would’ve primed first.

Great gift idea but please be aware that using a gas stove without good ventilation can fill your home with high levels of dangerous particulate matter
