The Natural way of learning and teaching a language has shifted my life completely, both as a student of foreign languages but also as a tutor.

I watched the first and now the second. I can't believe how much I am learning. I can't thank you enough. I am 73 already and when I started when I was 22 years old, i was studying books without a wonderful resource as you. I watch you on my laptop and have my smartphone beside me to ask Chatgpt definitions and gramatical questions. I asked Chatgpt if she knew a shortcut for turning captions off and on and I was delighted; she told me simply press "c" and they toggle off and on. So i listen and when I'm stuck I turn on the Greek captions. I keep a vocabulary list on my iphone also on GoogleSheets. I'm in high gear now, adding 15 or twenty new words a day from you. I hope to go to Greece someday soon with my ears "open." EfXaristw poly!

When acquiring a foreign language is best not to rely on full translation. Watch the same video three times. Read the same text three times. You'll discover that the brain needs to find a solution and the third time around it will pick up more than the first time. If not, then the content is too high for your level at the moment. Translation can be useful every now and again to support the flow. But too much is not helpful really... Nonetheless, at the settings you can choose an automated translation. Ο άριθμος των επιπέδων προόδου καλλιεργεί μέρα με τι μέρα. Σήμερα έχουμε Pre-Intermediate. Πολλά επίπεδα σου!
Χεχε, το Pre-Intermediate και το Low Intermediate είναι το ίδιο. Απλά προτιμώ το Pre-Intermediate. Δείχνει ότι είσαι ένα βήμα πρινς το Intermediate. Ενώ το Low Intermediate είναι λες και είσαι ακόμα χαμηλά... Αυτά! 😊

I am a beginner, it's a bit fast for me, so I put at 50% speed and put greek subtitles and then I m capable to understand 80% and 100% with Google translate!!! Ευχαριστώ πολύ
Great! I suggest that you watch it three times before you go to any translation. Your brain will want to find a solution znd by the third time you hear the same content, your brain will pick op more than the first time around!

Great!!! When we go through the same material three times our brain tends to pick up more and more! So, you can also try to watch Pre-Intermediate level videos, watch three times and see how it goes. If you understand about 75% of the content then you are on a good way. As long as you understand, you acquire Greek 😊
