People pleasing is over, and being taken advantage of!!!! Just because someone has experienced something very negative in their life doesn't mean that they can translate it to me all the time and burden me with their baggage and weight and shower me with negativity!!! I met such a girl who has experienced a lot of heavy in her life and I was friends with her for a while, I understood her, I sent her gifts, I generally understood everything she was going through whereas - after time I realized that she is so focused on this negativity that I do not see the point of developing a relationship with her, because nothing grows with her, besides, I am interested in seeing a deeper meaning on Earth - why we are here, that we are here to carry our light, to raise the vibration of the collective, and in general I see more meaning in everything, and she seemed not to see this meaning and I felt misunderstood, and therefore I felt that this relationship with her is too shallow and superficial to want to maintain this relationship with her even in a limited way. She is an energy vampire, unable to pursue her passions (although she wanted to study psychology and develop her skills in dancing with fire, she did nothing during her relationship with me to realize those plans, and I was already tired enough of her pressing negativity), so he doesn't seem to have any aspirations that he actually strives for, or at least I didn't feel that any higher aspirations, ambitions, goals and deeper meaning was being realized. From now on I have a rule that if I only tolerate something, but it doesn't passionate me - it's better to leave it. Besides, even if she would talk to psychologists, it is worth remembering that even psychologists are only human - and they themselves need their own psychologist, because listening to these sick people themselves would go crazy and fall into mental illness.

Sometimes ppl can't come where you are going it's your path and they have their own path loving yourself enough to leave is different from being cold-hearted you can still have love for them and not be in contact with them it's perfectly ok to choose loving yourself it's the correct direction on our poper paths loving yourself respecting yourself and your peace of mind are truly precious and priceless ❤

Being empathetic you have to be mindful be present and when your being flooded or bombarded with emotions to stop and recognize what is and isn't yours and so you can detach yourself from them to put that energetic boundary up so your not absorbing others energies and you instead pickup on them intuitively as external and knowing that you keep it from being absorbed by and you internalizing I hope I broke that down in a way it can be understood and harnessed by whoever might need that information. They say it's a gift and a curse and I have said it myself before but it's only a curse until you familiarize work on and truly understand yourself and the ability you have been gifted 🙏💓
