They game last night was great first half without the killer finish. I feel as a fan there seems like a hangover in the stands and big pockets of negativity. We fished the game as winners and went second in the league but the atmosphere was shocking. We have a part to play and I feel we need to start applauding effort rather than groaning at misplaced passes. Yes the performance against Leeds was awful but so was theirs. We need to be up for it home as that is what will see us promoted. Probs will get stick for this but as fans we have a part to play. Many say its on team and I agree to a point,but that atmosphere last night was bad. Also felt was Hannibal's best game so far.

This is a pathetic take. We played well tonight against a side that was unbeaten in 10. We could’ve scored way more and created a lot of chances. Not to mention we’ve not conceded in 9 games and Oxford didn’t have a sniff all game

Foster continues to work his socks off for me, and he runs away from defenders, can we PLEASE get him in the number 9 position? Get Flemming in the 10, and Edwards on one wing and either Benson, Anthony or Sarmiento on the other wing.

Still edgy as fuck in front of goal. No chances made in the second half when Oxford reacted to our tactics. We were lucky with 1-0, and against a good team set up correctly from the start, we wouldn't have scored.

I agree with most things you've said. We're awful to watch. The fact "we" didn't actually score a goal is alarming. If we can get edwards and Benson on the flanks in the coming weeks it will be a totally different watch but knowing parker he won't drop antony and he'll persist with this boring style

Mate, I’m the most negative Burnley fan in the world but are you trying to take my crown? You’re right though. We play at half pace. The personnel in wrong positions with players who aren’t good enough. Shelvey has to play fit or not he’s direct. It’s his pedigree. Only passer in our team. Bring the new bloke in drop Anthony, Sarmiento, Flemming, Laurent are garbage. Send them back to mid table teams. We sold them for Odobert, Berge, Amdoni who are levels above in every in every way. 😂

Very accurate review. I couldn’t believe the negative comments on the BBC and the various other places. Sometimes people just look at the scoreline and assume it was similar to some past 0 0s. It wasn’t. There was a lot more creativity and urgency particularly in the first half. Foster missed an absolute sitter but didn’t let his head go down and played well.

Loads of times foster was free waving on the left for a ball pinging to him and they hardly looked up for him, then dragged it across to which he ended up marked. Or hit it to far him shame really.

I was literally screaming for parker to bring some subs on last night i was getting so frustrated. Especially seeing sarmiento coming on when I was crying out for benny or edwards. I also wanted shelvey on for laurent on the hour mark. We got the job done though which is the main thing. UTC!!!

I don’t agree, as the first half we could very well have gone in 3-4 nil up. Granted we didn’t but at least we created. Second half wasn’t that good and Fleming looked clumsy throughout. That said much better than Saturday. Unfortunately we still can’t predict which Team shows up and the second half typified that sadly. UTC

Our football Last night was good to watch and easily could have been 3-4 nil up by half time. My disappointment is Fleming who is clumsy on the ball in my view. It’s difficult working out which team is going to turn up. I’ll take the point and keep my fingers crossed as can’t work us out!
