Just a small UK based artisan workshop that build luxury wooden wall clocks from exotic hardwoods and occasionally other cool projects. I talk through the processes and effort required doing carpentry in my small business and hopefully create some amazing looking home decor.
From raw oak to wall clock - A complete build process
I build wall clocks. And in this video I reveal the full build of one of the styles I make from complete start to finish. I take wet rough sawn English white oak and transform it into a stylish roman numeral wall clock. After much research about the most effective ways to dry wood i came up with this idea. Its a vacuum kiln derived from an old gas cylinder. It can dry wood from 100% moisture content to less that 10 in approximately 3 days with minimum checking. Anet A8 converted to a CNC PCB milling machine

My custom PCB milling machine at work with a modified Anet A8 3d printer. I printed the brackets and sourced the spindle motor with PSU off of ebay. I also need to modify the lastest Marlin software so that it probed in the X0 Y0 corner in a 80mm grid of about 15 points per axis.
