Why EVERYONE Hates SNOOP DOGG For Being a LION (Snoop Lion)
In 2012 Snoop Dogg embraced the Rastafari culture by transforming his persona and changing his name to Snoop Lion. But this spiritual transformation offended the the Jamaican and Rastafari culture.
After the release of Snoop's debut album "Doggystyle" Snoop struggled to match the same success and stay relevant in the music business. So in 2012, after a spiritual journey to Jamaica, Snoop decided to change his whole personal from a gangster and a pimp, to a spiritual being. With that came with a name change from Snoop Dogg to Snoop Lion.
