First, you need to develop the self-concept of "I am" the understanding that your consciousness is the only reality, and the 3D world is simply an outdated reflection or render of your previous thoughts. I am meditations are excellent for building this foundation. Next, focus on the feelings you would associate with having those physical traits. For example, being taller might evoke a sense of confidence or empowerment. Actively cultivate these feelings and integrate them into your self-concept until you involuntarily or subconsciously think and operate from that state. Once you’ve solidified the first two steps, any imaginal act where you see yourself having already achieved those physical states will begin to feel completely natural. Live in this feeling and persist in it. Over time, your craving for these desires will diminish as your internal self-concept shifts and having experienced it in your imagination. This is when you’ll start to notice your 3D reality reflecting these changes back to you in your physical experience. Wishing you the very best on your journey!

​@@ConsciousRipples That doesn't work. I don't want to be taller just so I feel more confident. I need the height (and the legal and biological age) so I can pursue my career (modeling), so I have money, so I can live properly. My entire life is broken without it. This advice simply... it's not practical, it's not something that can be effectively done. I cannot just "feel some feelings" and go about my day, because I have no day to go about. This is a core desire, not something to add onto my life. It's an urgent need. So what do I do? How do I get taller and legally and biologically younger?
