Hi I am created a document in my demo system using html to put some image as a background and having some text content on that BG image. Everything is fine in preview but after saving it I cant see the Image in mail or PDF. My link is correct thats why its showing in preview. Can you help me to resolve this issue ?

Generally the company has many contract type. Can you customize as per the contract type? Lets say Full Time Staff gets notified 2 months before the probation end date. and Temporary staff get notified only 1 months before. You can say FTE and TA contract types

One small suggestion here please correct me if am wrong.Rather than again mentioning the condition again in then condition (base date:workpermit.expiry date and -2) , we can maintain the alert effective today to be Today() right since the condition gets passed on the day before 2 days of expiry. For eg: let's say today is 29-06-2024 and workpermit expiry is on July 1 2024 , if condition 29(today)+2 = July 01 2024 and we want to send alert on 29th as per rule.
