@@ImBoredAsHellAtm yeah it’s really not that hard. Il upload more videos teaching more about fat loss (subscribe) I’m on a cut now from 84 kg to 69 kg. I’ve been doing for 4 months got 2 months left then will upload the video in detail around 10 minutes. And I should be more ripped with more muscle then what I had before. As 2 years later and should be more leaner around 9-10 % body fat.

You can build muscle in 3 to 4 repa don’t start a video saying that bs
@@ho2673 not really it’s more strength gain at 3-4 reps. Need at least 6 reps plus for muscle gain. Ideal range is 8-12. 1-2 rep before failure. Muscle isn’t under enough tension at 3-4 reps.
@@Dons_Fitness you build muscle in all rep ranges as long as the volume is similar. Diet and sleep are the key.

The higher LDL might be due to eating eggs in high quantities. Also, I think most would advise running a test base while doing a SARM. For instance, Enclomiphene at 5 mg/day during the cycle, then at 25 mg/day during PCT.
i`ve done like you near to the fence. the council said its ok but but now after 1 year i found out why they suggest 1m away from the fence. A weed grew up behind. luckily the neighbours where cool and i had to take down their fence and fix around. BTW it looks awesome 👍

Any advice for when I don’t have a spotter? Would it be better to use a smiths machine which allows me to push to failure safer (with higher weight) or maybe bail on that last rep and stick with a regular bench?
Yeah it’s abit hard with no spotter but if I don’t have a spotter I throw the weight back on to the lower hold. Maybe use safety bars or use dumbells. Or just don’t go to failure lowere the weight and do 5-6 reps instead of 3-4 and you should know if your going to get the next rep or not. Like the 5th rep I knew I couldn’t get it but I thought I’d try it. If I had no spotter I would stopped on 4th.
Literally just bench in a power rack and use the safeties. You can still touch your chest and get full range of motion but if you cannot lift it, you can let it just fall on the bars and get out from under the weight. I can max out alone no spotter doing this

Yeah should aim to touch chest, sometimes I go close like one inch but a propper rep is touching it

I was on a cycle around the same time as you ;) I added enclomiphene to my regimen and didn't have any issues with testosterone. I had no problems with my liver or stomach, and I supported my system with Liv52 and Tudca. My brother was also on a cycle at the same time. We both agree that we will go back to RAD-it's excellent.
I was on liv52 and nac, no problems with liver but high cholesterol which is bad. 155 ldl and 10 hdl, you haven’t checked these levels so you don’t know if you have bad cholesterol or not. Yes enclompehene should be taken with rad140
@@Dons_Fitnessyou should’ve incorporated citrus bergamot or/and red yeast rice for cholesterol. To keep test online take blue/black ox. Your strength gains weren’t that dramatic for 8 weeks on rad. Starting to make me think rad is not worth it lol

88 to 74 kg prob 6 months. But in my other vids I went down to 69 kg where you can see my abs propper. But I looked skinny because I’m 6ft.
