डॉ साहब, अब मैं थोड़ा confuse हो गया हूं कि eyhance IOL लगवाना ठीक रहेगा या puresee lens . मैं गाड़ी भी चलाता हूं,और टीचिंग भी करता हूं। इस बार सर्जरी करा लिया होता परन्तु eye डॉक्टर ने बताया कि आपके आंख का pressure ज्यादा है।एक महीने के लिए hylosoft,dorfort eye drop और साथ में Dumega 600कैप्सूल भी दिया है। पर डॉक्टर का कहना है कि ऑप्टिक नर्व डैमेज नहीं है। क्या करना चाहिए कैटरेक्ट के साथ ग्लूकोमा का भी सर्जरी करवाना चाहिए।pls suggest
