In this Channel I will teaching boxing punches and some keys things to make you a better boxer. I also will be teaching fun punch combinations, boxing challenges and boxing workouts. I will throw in some workouts and even workout challenges. Along with all that I will be making game plans (fight plans) for current famous boxers that are about fight each other and I will also be breaking down some of the biggest and most controversial boxing matches in history.

Yes that was Danny Jacobs in the beginning. We sparred a few times leading up to his fight against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

An experience that help me grow as a boxer and show me there’s levels to the game that I keep pushing myself to obtain! Thank you! I will keep training and push myself to get there.

Yes, there’s obviously some benefit to these drills but why use cones? Why risk an unnecessary injury/accident?
How to go about combinations in general? I noticed you are not bringing arm back to chin after each punch but instead it just moves to where it's most efficient to start next punch. Is it common practice while executing fast combos?

Thanks for this, I practice mma and I’m very flat footed, it’s great for power but after sparring more elite fighters, I notice I need more speed and angles. Definitely need to be lighter on my feet at most times during rounds.
