We're sorry that you've had a bad experience. This is very isolated and you've come across a couple that have a narrower spread. The thinner/higher the dilution, the narrower the solution will spray, even at the widest setting. There's no effect on how the solution works, of course though it may take a couple more passes. Newbie😂.....You need to respect one of the pioneers of the detailing world. Autoglym changed the game and SRP is much SAFER on your skin and cars than ceramic.

The Polar Series are specifically formulated for Polar Blaster. It's possible to use other foaming solutions, and as long as you make sure the Polar Blaster is kept clean, should have an issue, if that's the way you want to go.

Not with QUIKREFRESH. The only grit that may remain is literally microscopic, and as longs as the cloths are rinsed and cared for properly between use, there is no damage. It's all in the chemistry.

It may. Sometimes holograms can be deeper, though swirl marks are no match for SRP!

I think the point of the question is that after 24 hours, the car's paintwork could be dirty.

Not necessarily, as long as you buff it in and not use too much, it would be fine. Perfect Polish Applicator has a deeper sponge, which aids in spread.

I applicator will last you ages, if you keep it nice and clean. Polishing cloths; how long is a piece of string? Generally 1, maybe 2 but no more, as long as you're turning it regularly!

Hard too control the abrasion on a machine. We don't recommend SRP for machine. There are plenty of other machine compounds out there. SRP is for hand application.

It sounds like the Karcher connector has failed. There is a seal in there that's under pressure and they're a consumable part. You should be able to pick one up from a Supercheap Auto store. They're universal

@@AutoglymANZ Thanks for getting back to me. Do you have a link on your website with a schematic to see where the seal goes? I've managed to get the lance working by removing the quick connector and screwing the karcher adapter directly into the lance. Not ideal, but seems to confirm the issue is in the quick connector part of the karcher adapter. I've picked up a bunch of o seals but now just not sure where the seal needs to go.

Hi, we don't have a schematic for Polar Blaster. The seals in the adaptor can't be replaced. It's a consumable part. There are not other seals used, so you will need to replace the connector @@DrJakeW

Yes. Super Resin Polish is a final cleaner and polish and if you also want to boost with wax or coating, then it goes on after.

Depending on the strength of the IPA, you should never really use that unless you specifically want to remove materials, since that's its main purpose. Use SRP and then EGP, but no IPA.

Easiest solution would’ve been to spray your car with Red 7 then wash it ,then apply wax and polish and then ceramic. Your car would’ve looked a lot better than it does trust me ❤

Not after every wash. You should get up to 3 months before you need to reapply Rapid Ceramic Spray. We never recommend acid foams. ph Neutral all the way. Strong acid (or alkaline) formulations will strip any polish or wax away.

No, SRP is for painted surfaces only. To restore black plastic trim, try Bumper & Trim Gel instead.

The cutting compound will strip back the wax a little, though it depends how long the wax has been on there. More than six months, then yes, use SRP before wax. Less than six months, you probably don't need SRP right now.

It's designed to be used on its own, and there's no need to use wax as well. Some people like to wax and ceramic spray. If you want to go for both methods, then the ceramic spray would go on first, and then use a wax after 12 hours or more over the top. Just remember that your wax won't last anywhere near as long as it would if you were to use it on its own, as it's not bonding to the paintwork with a ceramic spray already on there. Use a detox wash and fallout remover before applying the spray if possible, and also an IPA solution or surface prep spray for best adhesion.

@@Niko-xz5lk No, you'd put the wax below, then use ceramic spray on top. Wax will last longer, and the ceramic spray will give much better hydrophobic properties. Apply the wax first, give it a day to set then put this over - albiet there's no real need, a quality wax like Bowden's Beaut Beads will last 6+ months and give great hydrophobics. Or if you want to go the spray on route, definitely Bowdens Bead Machine.
