I was an apostolic. Acts 2:38 all the way. No water baptism, no salvation. No tongues, no salvation. It destroyed my relationship with my children. I Never heard of the dispenation of grace. Thank god i heard and believed. Set free from false religious nonsense. Thank you Jesus.

By what authority do you teach Pre Trib rapture, by heaven or by men? If by heaven, show the scriptures that specifically mention the rapture is before the Tribulation period. If by men, we who are in the Lord Jesus know that its by John Darby. My Lord said in John 6:40 that he will raise them up on the last day. 2 Peter 3:10 You better learn the meaning of it, and the events that take place on the last day and the coming of our Lord Jesus.

how do you know these times are NOW? are you incapable of imagining HOW MUCH WORSE THINGS COULD BE? when i know atheists who are better people than professing Christians, atheists who are kind loyal well brought up etc i have no reason to believe that we have reached the fullness of the wickedness Paul describes. ( and NO i am not saying their kindness saves them, only that they are better than so many Christians I also know Christians whose legalism has stirred up their sin, making it worse, who are vile, cruel, hypocrites, bigots, arrogant and fanatics. far worse than unbelievers but when times get hard, as they are now and i do not dispute that, so many Christians need to go hysterical we aint seen nothing yet, and it may not even be in our lifetimes tht it reaches that hideous fullness. yet again preachers have no regard for context

Pastor Jordan said something in error. The cannon of scripture WAS NOT finished with 2nd Timothy. It was finished 30 years later with John's Revelation of Jesus Christ. Not a big deal, but nevertheless a deal.

The last verse of Chapter 12 and the first versee of chapter 14 says to covet the best gifts. If chapter 13 rendered the gits obsolete chapter 14 wouldnt say to desire the spiritual gifts.

The manifestation of the Spirit in the gifts is the perspective here AS THE SPIRIT WILLS. Many people take the manifestation gift 0gi outside the congratulation and make a pulpit independent of the congregation and draw disciples after themselves. The Holy Spirit s will to manifest the gifts become self willed. For this the gifts fail cease and vanish away. There's no edifying of the Body Wherefore; let alone Charity This is as a child doing childish things thus see through a glass darkly and is in part not being whole which charity makes whole. But when we put off childish behaviour we couple the gifts with love then we know even as we are known of God and the edification which is perfect. Were not gonna take the gifts with us; in heaven there won't be a need for the gifts.

I was recently shunned by the Swaggarts for not speaking in tongues. Then I researched the history of pentecostalism and that led me to rightly divide and dispensations so the verse that says tongues will cease is exactly what it's saying. Now i starting asking too many questions and they even blocked me on Facebook.

I couldn't see it until I learned to rightly divide and dispensations. I'm amazed how so many people can't see it.

When we rightly divide we see that some books in the new testament are describing what happened in the old testament. When we rightly divide we see the time line past present and future. You'll see what books pertains to the Jews and what's for the church today.

Edification is the point; and gifts are not for self exaltation. We in edifying one another love is the EYE of the focus. Else they will cease vanish and fail.The Spirit keads us according as it is written One that self lifting sees as a child and behavior as a child. But when that is perfect has come in understanding that most excellent way you will no longer be ss a child seeing through a glass darkly and you know even as you are known/ of God
