    Looks good....i don't care if my daughter wants butter only noodles. I make it with sauce anyway. Now her pallet is wide open to new and unique flavors, because I make what i want from around the world and she goodies it up 9 times out of ten.

    My son loves this. He also loves Dino nuggies, so I wouldn’t say he’s an expert on fine cuisine. My wife and I love it too though. I add rinds in a cheesecloth bag for soups and stews. It’s amazing

    So you leave the wax on the rind and its ok?

    • @wupme
      @wupme 8 месяцев назад

      Parmesan rind has no wax on it. If you wax on your cheese, its not parmesan.

    Parme*S*an - it's an S, not a G.

    • @wupme
      @wupme 8 месяцев назад

      The cheese is called Parmigiano Reggiano. It is with a g, the S is just a bastardized version you find in some languages. So next time you try to correct the way somebody pronounces something, at least know what you are talking about.

    Go to the real little Italy in the Bronx and the Italian deli stores will give you the parmigiano rinds for free if you ask and are a regular there. Thanks for sharing this recipe 🙌

      I'm not sure if you're still searching, but I made my own version of this using a vanilla ice cream recipe as the base. I just changed it a little and made sure to get the measurement right, especially for the milk powder :) Let me know if you'd want it! I'll send it to you as a pdf :)
