Inspire others and your team to grow and become. 9. Value and use the performance improvement coaching process. 10. Build the scaffolding - the upward spiral - create the infrastructure to uplift the performance of the workers and that of the coach (the leader) to a higher level. The spiral of changing altitude gives all a different perspective. Challenge the culture and currently held rigidity of beliefs in the organisation system. Become a master coach!

Correct Callie. In the military, the integration of many different sources of information is used to plan and develop a successful operation. Teams of soldiers are then trained, coached and lead, in a coordinated manner, to accomplish the objective Today, in South Africa, there is an emphasis on the speedy completion of a task in order to make more money. Training and coaching of subordinate employees is not carried out. Then, when those employees are left to work independentally, they mess up the job, causing delays, damage to equipment and material, as well as financial losses and the creation of dissatisfied customers. As new staff join your team, they need training and coaching. This task should never end. Young people need to be taught to how to technically analyse, intergrate their knowledge and think through and develop ways of solving a problem. There is too much rote learning and spoon feeding of students to achieve a certain standard or pass mark, without teaching them lateral thinking and intergration of the different subjects in a practical way.
