Rip 2 hards, I should've tried binary search linear scan for max streak length for O(nlogn)

Think I almost got the approach for Q4...

Before this, I had already spent 1 hour~ trying to fix TLE for TC2, but couldn't figure out the memo states for my dfs, so I just decided to restart. So I definitely spent much more time than just the time in this video.
