What about cleaing the four head of the image drum. I am trying to clean it as per the instruction/direction given by OKI online but am still consfuse?

Good, BUT why no commentary??? I had to read manual alongside this to work out what was going on. Especially when it got to priming instructions.

This is useless. It's like if I had a piece of paper 'stuck' on my desk because my mouse pad covered a quarter of the paper. The video would show me lift the mouse pad and remove the paper - voila!! magic!! Now how about showing how to clear a paper jam in the ADF? Every page I try to scan gets stuck after going about half an inch through the rollers.

very misleading, not a mention of rotate them rollers as you clean them. also there is small plastics parts that can be broken really easy with a big stupid cloth like that. wrap a small cloth around one finger and again, rotate the rollers as you clean them. video is laughable. totally usless.

Thumbs up for the video and the printer. Thumbs down for the cost of a replacement drum kit. New printer = AUD$360, drum kit = AUD$150. Doesn't really stack up well, does it?

I replaced the drum and it now says I need to replace again and its only been a couple of weeks, the first one lasted over a year before I had to replace. What do I need to do?

I bough my OKI362 for 300usd before two monts and print 200 b/w text sheets..now he say no yellow and no blue toners!? My toners are new how can i reset the stuppid counter?

I don't understand, do you put the drum kit in with the dummy cartridges first, wait 4 minutes and then take the dummy ones off and put in the originals? The directions had no written directions only pictures and it was REALLY confusing!!
