That place needed something to revamp it. That lake is only used now for dogs. It's going to be cool to see it have other uses. I'll be up there playing pickleball for sure. My current boss has run a successful business for 20 years. He definitely gives people way more of a chance than necessary and even maintains relationships with people. He will only fire if they did something really wrong. The fact that he respects relationship building and seniority is why his business has lasted through multiple economic downturns.
