Come with me on my preservation journey as I preserve Sea Moss today. While there are at least four color varieties of Sea Moss: Gold, Purple, Green, and Full-Spectum, I will be utilizing “The Gold Sea Moss” from EverSmith Organics.
Yellowish sea moss, often referred to as "gold sea moss," is one of the most common varieties. While its nutrient profile is similar to other types of sea moss, its lighter color indicates slightly lower levels of certain pigments like chlorophyll. However, it still provides a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
