At Level 90 you could proberbly have the skeleton going at around 20div. But if you want all the jewels Agmt +4 chest around +-125div. Depends i bough the chest for 9div and linked and coloured it myself that way saving 20div. Headhunter is super cheap now so not that expensive this time of league.

Im working currently but Check my current character on trade. RazorBallz. Im public so you can pull it to pob. Im just before the cluster setup. Around 9mdps now. I fitted in L21 RF as with 6k plus mana we can easily sustain it. It was a 39% damage bump. My ring and amulet is done. My wand has all the correct mods. It is possible to get higher tiers. Inpulsa for clear, Coil for bossing. My helm can be better and a better base so i spend leas dex. Boots great cause i need those stats. I stil need 20/20 on the rest of my gems. Intuitive leap cost7div then all gear and jewels less than 15. So you can be at this spot with about 15-18div. If you self craft will be even cheaper

At this say 15div investment ive done all invitations except Feared and Hidden not running breach so might do that later. Ive done Cortex,Sirus,Elder,Atziri. Basically just Uber Elder and Maven left. I fuckedup my Maven lol. Degen is unfortunatly bad for mana builds

@@razorzagaming thanks for ur quick response how far do u think this build can be pushed with REASONABLE budget also how is the tankyness does this work in juiced mapping or is it just a regular league starter scaling to all pinacle non uber content and be done with it? , i tried looking for more variants but there's not alot of people playing it i guess the ceiling is just not there OR its underated and 50 ppl play it in the whole league. lol

Easy way with shaper of storms and Inpulsa to clear. So we dont need other uniques to garantee shocks. And also golem scaling is alot of free phys mitagation and regen. And wanna make a better D4 ball lightning Sorc kek

It is NOT a Orb skill. Only of Static is. Normal Ball lightning and Orbiting still work.

Yeah only ball lightning of static got the orb tag , not the others.

only Static got the tag, not sure if that was intended or not, but we shall see at launch if its changed or if they all ready addressed it and said static would be the only one to get the tag. Who knows....

Hiro is objectively better but im going for mapping clear setup to start where Inpulsa with Shaper of Storms is the superior lower investment option for blowing up packs. And also its the fantasy of making a better D4 ball lightning sorc 😂😂

I will try do leveling trees. But. Orb of storms arc/storm brand was my goto until you buy or farm the gem in lab 1

Ball lightning of Orbiting is not an Orb skill. Only of Static.

@@SF_Savitar. No. Only of static has the orb line. This is why with archmage being buffed Ball lightning and of orbit gem is very strong starter choices now.

@@SF_Savitar. Hiero is great. Crit isnt that easy to scale with mana stackers as it competes alot for affixes and scaling. If you wanna go crit forego archmage and just go all out powercharges.

@@razorzagaming meh, hitting the 105 fcr just for slightly faster teleport is arbitrary considering you only really need to hit the 63fcr to optimize cast speed for Blizzard. Also, if you weren’t worried about gearing for the 105fcr breakpoint one would have better optionality for itemization/gear since there are several different ways to build a Blizz Sorc. If you were a Fireball or Nova Sorc then the 105 fcr would be imperative for optimizing damage output.

Sunder is enough for cold Sorc as the the Cold mastery passive gives another big boost.

If you wanna do Tota. Srs, minions, totems are doing very well. Game is pretty balanced and alot off builds is doing well.

@@Deaths_Reaper45 75 full resist, tals set with 3 ist, i got mf rare boots tri res, 35 spirit, trang glove, dual 30 nagels, all the charms needed with some fhr resists and mf, toch/anni/sunder, right now im at 7.5k blizz 388mf
