Awww guys just watched your discussions on this channel its had me in tears at times I know Deacon thru twitch live streaming I lost 1 of my god family to bowl cancer about nearly 4 years ago i miss her loads she left behind husband and 2 kids I sometimes get depression and anxiety but I have been fine for last few years

Very positive messages! Some great stories. Football fans in unison doing some really worthwhile stuff for mens mental health. This show is an important vehicle.

thanks for remembering my grandad at the start of your video. this walk meant a lot to him, and ever since he joined me on the route testing, he had been looking forward to it. I hope that the event helped a few people start a conversation that they have kept going ever since. We must never underestimate the value of talking. Can't wait for this thing to kickoff again when this lock down is over, Walking and Talking is sorely missed by many, not least myself.

I did this walk from Fulham to Palace. One of my favourite days of 2019. It was a pleasure as a CPFC fan to walk alongside both sets of fans to raise awareness for mental health.

Wish I'd known about WalkAndTalk back then, even as a gooner I'd have been proud to join in. Fantastic achievement by everyone involved. managed to spot my friends James and Andrew in there a few times, Lee and Paul of course too. Hopefully I can do the walk this year, that'd be great. Let's hope this thing grows and grows. Can't wait for my 3rd WalkAndTalk soon, hope to see the word spreading more and more. Well done Lee, never forget what a life changer you are... I'll keep reminding you until you're sick of it lol.

Nice, well done on the video, and well done everyone who took part. This day was the start of a whole new chapter in my life. People I speak with have even commented on how I describe my & Grandads lives together in 2 eras: "before the palace/arsenal walk" and "after the palace/arsenal walk." There really has been a marked difference after that day. Absolutely life changing. I hope these events can help even more people in the future.

Ed, Thank you for saying my name in this video I thought that was really sweet and I do look up to you for what you do for your grandad and how much work you put into it and what you do to help good causes. The way you thought of me when you were doing it to make sure you actually did it because of the fact that I suffer with depression really was amazing too can’t describe how that made me feel knowing that you did that. I really do think there is a reason why you’re almost famous because you’re one of a kind and not many people would of done what you’ve done.

Well done Marvin Sordell for speaking out. All this time I had no idea he had been strong and spoken out like this. The first time I became that aware of Marvin Sordell was during the London Olympics where I saw him make a few appearances. I was proud of everyone who played a part in that. Also saw him at Charlton a few times, my partner at the time was a Charlton fan and I went there with her a few times. All these years I've been aware of him and I must have been living under a rock. Well done Marvin Sordell and of course well done to Lee.
