How can I start a bar fight just like the story mission "Americans at rest" cuz whenever I start a fight everybody just run away or it's just me vs 100 people, not like legit bat fight where everybody starts fighting eachother.
I usually antagonise one then make others hit each other then they fight.

I recommend antagonizing people with guns, they mostly attack you.
If it’s set in Miami it won’t make sense to play as a Mexican since the Hispanics in Florida are Cuban it’s like making a gta game in Texas and putting the main character as Cuban it doesn’t make sense since those aren’t the Hispanics that live there
But there are Mexicans just not as many as Cubans, Puerto ricans and other central or South Americans a so a Mexican protagonist makes sense he wouldn’t have a Mexican community there to help or have his back in supporting the protagonist and with a lot of other ethnic groups there it makes things all the more difficult.

I expect that when you start a bar fight, the others will find each opponents also, but they will only fight you
How to start a bar fight with no bounty: stare at someone in the bar until they try to fight u... then start the fight. Since he started it you u won't get a bounty
