Is this guy really a senior lecturer or an agent for the chemical industry? I weep for Uganda and Africa is general when these so called experts are used directly or indirectly to destroy our beautiful soils. Most of these problems result from adaptation and repeated use artificial chemicals and fertilizers. These are mostly salts that ultimately affect the PH of the soil and lead to enumerable problems with 0:02 pests and deficiencies. Im my opinion, this guy should be promoting natural remedies and sustainable solutions to these problems. There is no way small scale farmers in Africa can make a profit if these so called lecturers are leading them to practice unsustainable agriculture centered around perpetual use of destructive chemicals.

But we have pure Fresians in Gulu Country Dairy farm in Onyama in Northern Uganda. They are performing well.

But why don't u wash those roads with water, new roads but look how they are full of dust and already becoming old
