Replacing Moen Shower Cartridge
Просмотров 6921 день назад
Replacing Moen Shower Cartridge Replacing Moen Shower Cartridge. Warning this house is in bad shape. It was built in 1975 and in terrible shape when we bought it. We are slowly restoring the house to eventually resale. So far we have redone the walls, ceiling, lighting in the living room, kitchen, and one bathroom. Next we are planning to replace the floors and border.

Thanks for assembly review is this electric model? Can you let me know how it mills on hardwood? I really like electric and all my trees are mostly hardwood and am concerned since it is only 2 hp. My purpose is not to use this for milling alot of wood more for hobby and projects on my property.
This is what I'll be doing for new year's day with my daughter yay for me
Good video. Just a heads up to save time on the struts .You don't need to take off the axle nut to replace a strut. Just remove the brake line bracket. Put a jack underneath close to the ball joint. Remove the strut and replace. You use the jack to adjust as needed to line up the bolt holes
Good video

Thank you for the video. Very helpful. BTW the crank pulley is not a flywheel. Could confuse some viewers.
👊🏾🫡
What’s the name of the small red jack you used?
At 2:32, is the jack stand under the pinch weld or jacking point? I think the ramp is blocking that location.
ALWAYS use jack stands 😮
I was seriously thinking about changing mine out on my 2007 crv but after seeing how much work goes into it I think not lol
Well detailed and well explained, very helpful, great video. Top notch mechanic.
Hey the rear caliper bracket bolts are 80 ftlb not 17 , 17 is for the caliper itself
I've 2007 CRV the alternator went out at 104k that's too early.
do you need to put pag oil?
Good video thanks for it. I noticed you didn’t have to remove the short link, how was that possible or it not a factor or does it help it from falling completely off the suspension bar (lack of correct name)
You know you really should wear EYE protection dude ! I can't look at this video due to this! Please wear eye protection.
Hi. Whats the size of the center hub nut? Thanks
Thanks, im about to do the same with my mother-in-laws Honda and wasnt sure if i could do it but after looking at your video...I SURE CAN DO IT!!!! :)
Super.
Thank you! This was a great video. Telling us what socket sizes the bolts were saved some time.
Your RUclips name should be the Calm Mechanic. There are typically more f bombs dropped on my end. I will harness your energy for this job today. Namaste.
Thanks excellent video and explanation, blessings, 🤗
great video thanks
thank you!
Great job , short ,to the point, AWESOME camera work
The fly wheel you’re calling is actually your “crank pulley” 😂. Just busting your 🥜
Could've shared torque specs. Could've shown how you started the bottom bolts. Smh.
You should always disconnect the negative (black) battery terminal first.
It doesn’t matter.
@@adaptedbythedans I believe you do take the negative (black) off first and then positive (red) but when reconnecting the new battery, it's reverse, positive first then negative.
...and when reconnecting, do it in reverse. Positive then the negative.
You make building something from IKEA look easy. 😎 I appreciate the series.
Thank you,now I know.
Link?
Hola amigo , una pregunta, en la parte del video 6:30 minutos, qué medida son esos tornillos porque mi crv no los tiene??
What grease did you use?
Super helpful video, thank you!
My man, you did not replace washer on the drain plug
Did you go oem or aftermarket?
good video thanks for teaching
Very informative and was yours the four-wheel-drive or 2 Wheel Dr.
Thank you for your video. I’ve never changed a tire, used a Jack, pulled a dummy out of car etc. Just a note for others. I tried to get the hub cap off for 30 minutes and couldn’t. It might seem silly but I was trying to follow step by step and was stuck. After an hour my son came and said mine is a wheel and you can’t take that off first. I don’t know what I would have done without him. I had to wait an hour before he came but couldn’t have done it without him. Thank God for boys! I thanked God all the way home for helping me conceive a boy in August of 2000. Thank you for showing me how to get the spare out. I pulled on it several times until I saw your video. Thank you.
Y’all make it look so easy but it’s not easy to get tht toilet onto the nails
i see you did this job without detaching the upper stabilizer link, well done. I wish i tried that when i did my struts, i struggled with that the most.
Gun sounds on metal hill! Attacking on family home t.v! People using grey attachments to other people's names! Canadians claiming military defence along with other country's! Have a nice day!
Thank you!
Do these links require applying grese?
I don't think so... If you wanna apply something must be silicone base.. cause normal Grease is petroleum base and the petroleum cause damage to the rubber
Most links do not have the hole to put grease in. The Moog brand usually has a zerg fitting where you can add grease. Some RUclipsrs recommend at205 to be applied to the rubber boot, I am considering this but need more research.
Whoa! Best to use jack stands. Very sketchy.
Very helpful. Reinserting the large bolts was challenging. Required some cuss words while doing. 😊
Good video, I need to replace mine, it rides awful, almost uncontrollable on some streets.
Same car, same replacement (except didn't change bushings) and now it squeaks terribly going over bumps and it didn't before. Any ideas?
Hi . You should check REAR TRAILING ARM BUSHINGS FOR 2007-2011 HONDA CRV . I spray some silicone on mines and the sound is not completely gone but Is not that bad now.
