IMO, What vue lacks is a good option for mobile applications
react for ever and ever
For first time in 7 years I switched to a job that uses react 😂😂 Its a mess 😅
I use Vue and don't use React, so naturally I will say Vue 🤣
wow waiting for this
perfect video with both amazing people. i am sure the winner is vue and i just started watching
Слоты вообще не удобные, из-за них есть сложность в создана аналога Radix для vue
I have started with react then switched to vue Vue has a much better DX, especially the two way binding, mutable state and slots React has more typescript abilities but much much boilerplate code and worse APIs
1:05:25 Definitely, my team is still stuck with the defineComponent😢
Oh no 👀
It was enjoyable to watch. I hope you will invite Ilya Klimow from GitLab to your meeting in the future.
That'd be fun! Let's see what we can do 👀

Thank you for this episode guys. It was good one
Glad you enjoyed it!
^this 🙏
Inertia is just so good and reduces complexities in building full-stack apps in JavaScript
Using Nuxt Server components for CMS generated pages is exactly what i want to try at my company. But like you said the difficulty can be keeping client-side navigation in links and tracking the user journey
Nice talk! Just tried Inertia with Laravel and Vue 3, it was a smooth experience! 🎉 Will def continue using it
Great to hear that 🙏🏻
Wonderful episode, still watching right now - always wanted to know about inertia+vue.
We also wanted to cover that for a long time! Really happy that Joe could joins us 🔥
First! Definitely my favourite Vue podcast 😊
Thank you so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Oh, quick update here post-recording: We will *both* be at Vue Toronto 🎉
Composition API gives us the liability to structure our concerns as per our need ❤. I just realised I need a Vite ⚡ cap
Эрик ещё жив. Очуметь 😮. Ставь лайк, если тебе уже 80 лет и ты помнишь Эрика
Composition all the way
Composition API all the way, it is just so much more flexible
Are you team Options API or team Composition API?
Composition API 😏
OMG, that volkswagen package isnt even a joke and really exists ... im rofling
Ridiculous, right? 🥴😂
@@DejaVueFm it makes me want to laugh and cry simultaneously 😅
Thanks a lot!
You're welcome! 👌🏻
onWatcherCleanup is an interesting one
Good recap, thanks a lot 🤩
Our pleasure! ☺️
It gave me a clear idea of what the VUE 3.5 update was in!!
Perfect! That was the goal 🙏🏻
top .. thanks for this great content guys🚀🚀🚀
Our pleasure!
Honestly, my twitter feed already started suggesting content from all 3 of these speakers. I think the front-end world is in safe hands with Vue, Nuxt and Typescript with content generated and presented by such enthusiasts. Thank you for doing what you do best.
Then the algorithm was trained well I'd say 😁 We are trying our best to bring the best bits of the Vue, JS and TS ecosystem to you all 💚 Thanks for your support 🙌
@@DejaVueFm I try to control the posts I see on my feed, if I don't like any post, I mark that topic as not interested. Over the time the feed improves, win win for me :)
TypeScript consistently makes code less readable due to its complex types, leading to a significant delay in comprehending the logic.
skill issue
You can definitely write TypeScript without extremely complicated types. Especially in Vue, you don't need them most of the times 👌 Good enough to define which fields your input/output has 🙌 And you know what'd be more complex? No types, because then you have no clue what the input/output might be.
Нам нужен defineAttrs во Vue🎉
A few of my favorite bloggers got together!
What a gathering, right?
What a legendary collab 🎉 Thanks for sharing ❤
Sure thing 🙌
Three of my favorite content creators together. That's amazing guys! I really appreciate your work and the help you give to the community 😊
Thank you so much 🙏 We are extremely happy that Matt joined us and that you enjoy the episode(s)!
Very nice podcast! About the elm community, we're just growing slowly but steadily 😍
Thank you 🙏🏻 Glad to see other communities thriving too. Keep it up 👏🏻
Really is my favorite vue podcast. I'm just geting to know it now.
Thank you so much 🙏🏻
Amazing content! Why do you have so few views and subscribers? I recommend you make collaboration with Ilya Klimov it helps you got more subscribers and it helps us to get useful information
I wish I could tell you why. That's why sharing the podcast is such a help for us 🙏✨ Actually fun, we mentioned Ilya in ruclips.net/video/5QXpi3UWrBY/видео.html recently! Could be a nice idea for an episode to talk with him!

since the topic of shallowRef and Nuxt has surfaced again, I want to complain again that tanstack query could not make such a transition for a long time😭😭😭
At least a start @ github.com/TanStack/query/pull/6657
@@DejaVueFm pull/7733 and before that, a year ago, there were requests from other people
@@DejaVueFm pull 7733
and also github.com/TanStack/query/pull/7733
@@DejaVueFmThank you so much for responding to the request for help🥰 pull 7733 and I just realized that I left this comment under the wrong video)
Why not make a video on how to create a UI library with Vue and tailwindcss?
For this I recommend using Radix Vue or ShadCn Vue
You have no concept on the level of effort in this thus you could not appreciate it nor could the author convey the depth of each discipline involved
Not ideal for an audio-focused podcast 😛

1:19:02 - but... WE ARE CRYING that Volar is a piece of sht, it's broken, it's not working, vue developers is not quite, they say what they don't like, I don't understand the point about "they should be more loud" or so
I think that's exactly the opposite of "constructive criticism" that Natalia mentioned in that episode. Instead of saying "uhh, XY is sh*t", if something doesn't work, raise a bug report, ideally with a reproduction. FYI - Volar was also covered in the episode with Evan @ ruclips.net/video/xvkf3KOaRlQ/видео.html
Wow, Natalia!
I want that shirt alex!

help tanstack query switch to shallowRef (pull request #7733)🫠. It 's been going on for over a year now
Criticizing on stage sounds quite interesting but might also be tricky haha. 🤗 And yes skirtle is a he. 🤗
Yeah, it is a fine line. But IMO can turn out pretty well 🤔
