I can’t seem to unzip the file on Mac OS.
OK I got bricked and followed your instructions but when you dropped yours i accidentally pushed another button whilst pulling the cable out. Tried several times and it did not work. I uninstalled and went through the whole process again and now it works,. Phew!!

I bricked it. MoLight provided a GREAT TUTORIAL. My case was different and it did not work because I did not use the provided Godox cable. USE GODOX PROVIDED CABLE!

how do you turn the modeling light off and it stays off? mine keeps coming back on with every flash.
In the modeling light menu, just press the center button. That turns it off. If you are using it off the camera with a transmitter, the modeling light must be turned off on the transmitter.
This is a great idea if you are in the studio but I use my AD400 on location doing families and seniors. Where did you get the washer you use? Thanks!

Godox also told me that using a USB-C to USB-C cable between the trigger and the computer does not work, it has to be the included USB-A to USB-C cable with a USB-C to USB-A adapter.

I purchased my Ad400 almost a year ago. Just opened it for the first time. I did this to find out a battery leaked. So of course will not work. Any suggestions?
@@amandaharris8088 The battery leaked? I have never seen that, and I have dealt with hundreds of WB400P batteries. The first step is to get that battery out of the home or studio. It is unsafe. The next is you will need to replace the battery. There is no saving a lithium-ion battery that has leaked.
So I bought this a year or two ago...never opened it, and finally got around the trying it out. Looks like the battery is dormant.... I tried exactly what you said, but it didn't work. Any other ideas??

Awesome tip on what channel to use. I had my setup on 1 and the flash would just stop responding to the trigger. Likely wifi interference. Makes you wonder what the hell it does to our bodies.

Hello, maybe you will also know why this lamp (even though it has the function turned on) does not start the autofocus assist in difficult lighting conditions? The camera is Nikon Z6
Because autofocus assist is not compatible with mirrorless camera focusing system, and In general the mirrorless AF system is not sensitive to the red light that AF assist has. Because of that, AF assist is generally disabled on mirrorless cameras

@@designobservatory Your cells have drained too low and will need to be brought up to minimum charge before the board will reset and the charger will recognize the battery and complete the charge. The link to order this service is included under the service.

Thank you so much. I bought it two months ago, use it for one job and store it for around one month and the issue happen. I remember I did a full charge before storing it. It is quite disappointing thought the problem has solved.

@MoLightStore thanks! While that didn't work for me, I managed to "jump" the battery by connecting a charger to the positive and negative terminals on the board, for about 30 seconds. This gave it enough of a charge to be recognised by the charger, thankfully. Thanks for your effort with the video as well as replying to my comment !

Thanks for this video. I used a car battery 12volt charger. I used two of the screws from this battery case (one on the positive and one on the negative so that I could have points). I held the positive/negative for 1 minute and that was enough to jumpstart it. So happy!

My battery has plenty of juice, but it’s not connecting to the charger. This reset didn’t seem to work.

I wish this worked for me however within 6 months my light is nothing more clutter. One of my AD200s also has an issue; battery is fine but it won't power up after a year. The failure of 2 out of my 3 Godox lights makes Godox the biggest regret of any photo purchases. Their customer service was communicating but after sending the pics of the battery as they asked I have not heard back from Godox.

My battery doesn't have those two reset holes, any suggestion? :(
Mine doesn't seem to have them either. There are 2 wires running from the top left (in your photo) to where these reset holes should be, but they are covered with some sort of rubbery stuff (like to hold the wires in?). FYI, my light is a Flashpoint, but that's just Godox branded by Adorama, I believe.
