pretty sure they would open for kiss, then head to a club gig the same night. they were lookin for a new record deal at this point. so strange that your label would cut you while on an arena tour with kiss. the times were changing, and pussycat wasn't going to be leading the way.

I saw them open for Motley Crue in Augusta GA about a month before this was taped. It was the night Tommy Lee go tarrested for mooning the crowd at the Augusta/Richmond County Civic center.

I wasn't allowed to watch Headbangers ball but that didn't stop me. I waited for my parents to go to bed, then snuck downstairs and popped in a VHS tape and record it. I would then have to wait until they went somewhere or go to my best friend's house to watch it. I had tons of tapes hidden in the back of my closet. As soon as I saw this I began to laugh because I remembered me doing this. Plus, I know I had this episode. lol

Nice to finally see this show! I waited in line for about two hours earlier that day to meet them at Harmony House Records and Tapes inside of Macomb Mall in Roseville, MI. Unfortunately, I was only 15 at the time and the show at the Ritz was not all ages. 😑
