You have to realize anxiety is just another emotion that we all experience but you can't sit in it. The more you you think about it and not want to be anxious the more anxious you will be. You have to stack something with your anxiety for example everytime you get anxious pop a piece of gum. You have to train your mind to associate being anxious with something else besides the negativity and constantly thinking about it. You got it bro Dope episode
