You watch un dub that's why they all shout more than normal. In the sub version, the Japonese voices are more nuanced and subtle. Japonese version is better for deep emotions, when English voices are just always at the same emotion non stop without that much variation. And it's the case especially for Eren's voice. His Japonese voice is hundred time better. That said, i understand that people don't want to read subtitles.
