Dear facilitating fellows in the DANIDA fellowship center, Would you please help researchers from South-based Institutes to connect with researchers in Danish institutes? It is not possible to get an eligible Danish partners with your current model of inviting application for funding. For instance, if you organize a platform where researchers can know each other through their research concept notes and/or areas of research interests, that would be very wonderful, and it will give opportunities to many researchers. Otherwise, your current approach or call model is limited participation only to researchers who know each other before.

What is the DANIDA OF fullform

What are the criteria of eligibility for different countries? Looking at the list of eligible countries, I found that MAli is not part of these eligible countries. So I want to know the criteria for the countries to be eligible.

How can firms based in the Global South collaborate with Danish Research firms? Is there a platform to collaborate on project topics?

Gone are the days when states thought about themselves for the sole aim of survival. Gone are days when countries had that inward attitude for the sake of economic and socio-political interests without any concern for the neighbors. The problems facing the contemporary world have broken that thematic thinking. A good example is climate change, in addition to others, where the crisis in one country threatens the very survival of its neighbors. The problems culminating from climate change are catastrophic and transboundary in effect and impact; thus, calling for collaboration and seeking partnerships is one of the solutions. Thus, this thinking from DANIDA is timely and relevant. Thank you very much.
