I have shingles right now. I thought I pulled a muscle very badly. LOL, I went to the doctor thinking I needed pain killers and an MRI. When I went to change into the exam outfit, they noticed the lesions.

What did u do to heal?

Im 35 with this now. Rash on the bottom left of my back and front of my left though. Started off as a weird itch on the top of my leg. Then formed rash on my lower back. Then started getting really bad lower back pain. Feels like it's coming from my spine all the way down my left leg. Now and then getting those sharp electrical pulses down into my foot. Skin feels very weird, sensitive to the touch on my leg, back and stomach, even a light breeze feels painful. Feels like a bus has hit me. Worse than any body soreness Ive experienced before. On 800mg, 5 times a day

That was an ugly patch of shingles. I hope you never get them again. One of the worst pains you can get. No relief. You are so young. I just got them on my face, I am 65. You're half my age. You are too young for that awful stuff. I know you are not too young in reality, but you should not have gotten that. I hope 2 years later you are ok and have no other health issues. I hope it was from stress and not something that cannot be fixed. For me it was stress. I hope things have worked out and you are enjoying life.

Dr. Eric Berg has a treatment for shingles that works. The pain is a complex nervous systems response to the pain itself and it is addressed as such. Makes sense as to why it works when you realise that pain pathways are either reinforced or retained. Wonderful thanks Dr Berg.

Feeling how the blisters on my torso began to shrink within 3 days was very soothing, I applied what I talked about the other day and in two weeks the pain was gone. I just go'ogled Kaena Ramingler's Shingles Solution and now I feel as smooth and relaxed as I've ever been.

I forgot the two plastic tabs. Flat clear plastic pieces, and each with "U" shaped members Each go on the lower two vertical bars that is held with the centrally located suction cup between the same two lower vertical bars. Mine came with two extra screws and bolts. The pacgage supplies the allen wrench and opposing wrench to tighten the screws. Put the head of the screw in first to make it more flushed use the bolts in the back. First put the screw in and then tighten the bolt second. Titan with finger tip pressure all screws and bolts. Tighten after down all screws after its together.

I’m 77 and it first appeared on my neck, then started to creep up my ear an behind on my scalp ,then moved onto my head all the way up on the right hand sign. 4weeks and the scabs have Just come off but my Lord I have never experienced anything like this. The pain was excruciating. It has settled down a bit but still get terrible pain now and again like a strong electric shock and have a 24/7 headache and because it’s on my ear it has affected my balance. Not fun and I sympathize with all who have it or have had it.

Having shingles at this moment again. the pain is serious but not as terrible as a kidney stone. Not able to sleep is the worst

I experienced shingles in the same area but mine was internal. No rash, no bumps but all the symptoms. I was misdiagnosed for 2 months. It simply sucked. Painful!!!!!

Hi there ..I have shingles at the moment..I dilute 2 Tbs of apple cider vinegar with one Tbs water and then take a swab and dab the affected area..let it dry and then apply a cream that you can get from the pharmacy. .the apple cider vinegar eases the itching..you have to do that though for a few days..I hope it helps you too.

I'm 41 and just got shingles a few days ago. It's not wide spread like yours though. It just a 2 inch slot of solid red with bumps. I'm on the antiviral pill and cream too. I think covid 19 caused it to trigger for many people. I have no paim or itching oddly enough.

Thank you for sharing. I noticed the rash (thought it was some bug bites) on 09/12, I was on a once in a lifetime vacation....I put hydrocortozone on it. (wonder if it helped or hurt) It didn't really bother me too much at first. The rash, and then blisters were only in one area, almost the size of a playing card, just below my right breast. I appreciate your photos, the rash looked more like the ones you pictured than other videos. Especially the one on your back, that is exactly how mine was in the one area. When I got home from the vacation, my Dr did confirm it was shingles, and gave me antibiotic cream, which helped. The blisters turned into some awful scabs, so I stopped using the cream and just put on vaseline, which made the scabs fall off, and it is healing. There were huge craters in my skin ( I imagine that is what your skin would look like if you survived small pox) but they are starting to fill in. There are still red marks, so I imagine it is going to take quite awhile for that to go away. I am experiencing some burning, pain in that area now. Some people say the pain after the rash in worse.

I don’t know if this will work on others, but I will tell you what worked for me. When I went to my doc, I had it bandaged so it wouldn’t hurt. She told me to keep it uncovered and clean. I have never been a fan of hand sanitizer, but that’s what I put on it. Finally, relief! It cooled and numbed the shingles. I used it a few times every hour and it was completely gone in a week. It’s been 17 years and I’ve never had it again. I got the vaccine just to be sure. But to me, it was worth everything just to be free of the pain. The hand sanitizer worked for me. I hope it works for you. If it does, pleas spread the word.
