I ear your frustration Tiico, was on colonial today and the traffic was super bad by six mile cypress and 75, I don’t see how that diamond lane project is going to make things smoother. Florida has some of the worst drivers and us bikers have to have our heads on a swivel and a six sense to survive….lol I will b out tonight, starting to get a little nippy, might have to wear jeans for the first time since the beginning of the year…lol leather weather for sure!

Tiico, Yrs ago I was a serious body builder and use to train people write work out programs and food programs for them too. Dedication, Discipline, sacrifices to achieve and maintain. It takes someone with a strong mind, strong will and constant drive to reach those goals and a lot of go go juice…lol My basic work out combo was always back and biceps, chest and triceps, shoulders and legs, yep yep… u are going to make those old guys in the gym give up and go do Pilates….lol trainers in my gym would hate on me because I didn’t need them, my payback is I would steel their clients and train them for free..
