It's a good place, but there's another road in better condition that leads to the same spot. When you reach Threeveel Park Junction, turn right and go straight for 500 meters. You'll come to a small Y junction. Turn left there and go 100 meters. On your left, there is a parking area. From there, you can walk easily to see the reservoir and waterfall. You can also reach the natural pool at the top of the waterfall. This route is easy and beautiful.
