Sounds to me like she is actually doing some proper mixing here (and some live scratching as well!), unlike some of these other so-called "DJs" who are really just faking the whole thing... in other words, she actually has talent as a DJ and she's not faking it. So she has my respect for that! Weather she's DJing with vinyl records or with digital software doesn't really matter... it still takes talent either way. I see many on the internet claiming that DJing takes no skill... that's fucking false! It's not like you can just put literally anyone in the entire world in front of some DJing equipment and expect it to sound perfect. You need a good ear for music, you need to carefully decide which song to play and when, you need to decide when or when not to use certain effects (I.E reverb, EQ, chorus and so on), and you need to have a good sense of rhythm so you can blend and transition between songs in time; this is not just something everyone in the world can do. If it truly takes "no skill", then literally all of us would be world class DJs. But let's look at reality... this is not the case!
