My mother's home was raised some years ago. Now we need to find the clean out but we think it is under the driveway or porch that was built. Home was built in 1971. The inspector should have caught this.

Peace. Earliest memory the IL 1967 tornado. 3yrs old, recall sky turned eerie green, got rushed into basement. Apr 1967 F4 hit 2 blocks away. Stay away from glass. Natures vacuum. Low death rate. Hope all have good meteorologists that keep tabs on severe weather. Just normal here. Crops need rain. Comes with wind.

I gave my Mechanic three exhaust clamps, wire and steel zip ties to build a diy anti-theft catalytic converter device for my catalytic converter replacement. I'm going to spray paint it as well.

Hello brother, thanks for your video. Great information. I would keep a couple jugs of emergency water, some protein bars for food and water. I would recommend a whistle for alerting emergency services of your location. Your voices can get tired from yelling for help. Hope this helps. Great info in this video though. Might check into the interlocking 6x6 technique for roof instead of timbers for a roof If using wood. It's definitely better than nothing though.

Thanks for the info. My house was built in 1983 and the city had a map showing where the cleanout is. Unfortunately its under the driveway concrete. I'm hesitant to break it up and not find it. Might have to pay a plumber to come in and find it.

I built a shelter in my basement used 3/4 inch plywood screwed into studs that was bolted to the concrete floor ,store a case of water there few long life food items batteries etc....

I really hope you aren't digging your grave. While this would likely get you through the tornado, the house may block your only exit. With that tough ground and added concrete, it would be impossible to dig yourself out. Make a 2nd or 3rd exit while you can!
