The days that long plans get canceled or rescheduled is when I do these things. I already mentally prepared to be so brave and strong for several hours, what am I supposed to do with all this power? Obviously go a little crazy, do every task I've been putting off in the order that remove the most mild inconveniences until I burn myself out and remember why I only get a few tasks per day. I just kind of opt for the arms folded behind the back. Keeps me from slouching but it hurts after awhile, so I'll shift to fiddling with something on me, usually an ID or bag. Then I feel like I'm shifting too much so I usually just go with old reliable, kangaroo pocket (hoodie). Maybe if I'm feeling a little sassy I'll put a hand on my hip and leave the other arm to my side.

i had a argument with someone because he was yelling at me to adopt stoicism and be self sufficient and not rely on others when i have super bad ptsd and was having a panic attack after a familiy member refused to acknowledge what caused me to have ptsd this guy went full cut out toxic people and you must learn to be happy without outside influence i fractured my hand slamming it on the floor trying to not yell at him over that like bro im having a massive panic attack bad time for philosophy lectures

Yeah I hate being a beginner at anything, always have ever since I was a kid. I remember being like 5 and being so upset that my handwriting didn’t look like an adult’s so you can bet I took the time to practice everyday on my own until it did. Same with learning instruments as a kid, I would always practice hours upon hours the first few days of learning an instrument until I no longer sounded like a beginner😂
