HAMSTRINGS! Almost every guy neglects these in their routine. It's an easy thing to do, but it's a crucial part to making the physique look more full and complete, especially in side and rear shots. Thankfully, adding in corrective work to bring up the hamstrings is pretty easy to do.
RDL's or Romanian Deadlifts are a core component of that additional work.

Great video, coach. I struggled getting good knee flexion for quad-bias compound movements, and knee pain, for a few years before pointing my toes outward slightly more and it solved both. Also, some leg presses just SUCK
Absolutely some machines are just less than ideal - but plenty of people find that playing with toe placement and foot positioning can get rid of knee pain. Another good test for this as well is to lay flat on the floor, and bring your legs back as though you're squatting. If your natural knee/leg path is to the outer edge of your torso rather than more in line with a direct path backwards, more rotation will probably help you vs. less. Stems from variability in the hip joint.

Hair loss on primo is at best over exaggerated and at worst outright internet fear mongering (in line with those who say "watch out bro, you'll DIE on insulin!") it's really an overstated internet myth with some half-truths to it. DHT derivatives can increase rates of hair loss, but are not solely responsible nor would they outright cause the hair loss if there are not other factors contributing to it (such as genetic predisposition, which is arguably the greatest influence.) They are also no more dangerous for hair loss than other anabolics. Hair grows in both an anagen and telogen phase, similarly hair loss is observed as telogen effluvium or androgenic alopecia, respectively. A DHT derivative such as Primo or Masteron would contribute to the latter of the two. The larger contributing factors to androgenic alopecia are TOTAL anabolic load (not just DHT in isolation) and other hormonal imbalances as well, such as thyroid, estrogen, prolactin, even growth hormone derangement. So to say DHT derivatives are "nuking" your hair is not giving any credence to the potential damage caused by any other anabolic. For those who are DHT-sensitive? Sure, but Testosterone, Tren, EQ - any other anabolic could present just as much of a problem for any given individual. It's not solely attributed to Primo or Mast.

Rafa could very easily come in fighting for 5th! This year the field is very competitive and we haven't seen him from the back yet, which has always been the area that needs the most focus from him. We will see how it plays out, his most recent update from here in Vegas is looking GREAT!

1st time seeing your channel. I think you would do real well being one of the many RUclips channels that covers the bodybuilding scene & also throw in videos of your own personal BBing journey. I'm sure you are familiar with Ivan Bodybuilding. He doesn't really cover his own prep & training much but he also is a serious bodybuilder as well as covers the bodybuilding scene on his channel. You're very well spoken, likeable dude & it would bring more eyes to your own BBing pursuit. Just a thought. I like to let people know when I think they have a talent for something & just covering the Olympia would bring 100's if not 1000's of new viewers. It's a perfect time to give something like that a try to incorporate into what you are already doing.

Dude, Andrew Jack has the highest calves that I've ever seen in bodybuilding. Making his legs look way out of balance
Once you see him in person you'll change your mind! The calves are huge. Not quite as much meat there as Samson but very similar. I think they sit high relative to other guys who are much shorter than him but on his frame, it sits well.
@@Crooked_Clown Flex used something in his calves and lost a leg. Is it worth it? Something fishy going on in Andrew's calves.

nandrolone is so harsh for me. ED, anhedonia, very bad mood, acne. Tren feels great, even at 33-50mg daily my bloods are fantastic, few sides, good pumps, libido, strength. Ment feels really good too, but not as good as tren. DHB garbage, unmanageable pip, liver toxicity, crazy inflammatory solvents to get it to hold. No thanks.
A great example of personal variability! Generally it's the other way around for most when the 19nors enter the conversation, but each body is unique and above all else good health monitoring with sensible dosages & cycle plans can alleviate much of that, sounds like you've found your sweet spot.
Do you know what else is two-fiddy? The negative in my tax files after I put your mums rash under company expenditures.

Do you do flys before compound movements or after?
For me currently, after. But there is validity to doing it both ways. Once load exposure on my press movements needs to be very, very high to illicit enough stimulus, I will likely swap the order so that I perform flyes first, since I would require less load on subsequent press movements to achieve the same level of effort.

I only put my top set in these videos, but for this day, my structure was: Lat biased row x3 T-bar Row x3 Upper back row x2 Lateral raise x4 Shoulder press x3 Rear delt fly x4 Mostly dependent on the movement and how much total volume across the week I need for particular muscle group(s)
The answer to the question "how much volume is best?" should always be "how much volume do I need?" and an assessment of your physique that will drive where you should have most of your volume.

About your hemoglobin and hematocrit, I’m on trt man, and my levels are 18.7 and 0.55 respectively, I’m being told I’ll have to start donating blood. What has your physician mentioned to you about elevated levels and how to lower them? Maybe doctors in the states use different benchmarks for what’s considered elevated, I’m in Canada. I was just told to drink a shit ton of water, my follow up panels were today so I’ll know soon the updated numbers
The units for measurement are slightly different in the states but as far as I know the standard is relatively similar. Blood donation is a fine suggestion for an acute drop, but also make sure you're properly hydrated and avoiding foods that are fortified with iron (i.e. cereals, certain cream of rice brands or other processed powder supplements) and multivitamins that may be high in iron, obviously eliminate outright iron supplementation. Elevated levels here are unfortunately difficult to get back down once they are elevated, but also just "come with the territory" to an extent with exogenous hormones.

Hey you seem to know what youre talking about and I dont have the money to hire a nutritionist so I wonder if you can help me. I have a really good metabolism but I have basically fucked it over by eating absolutely shit foods and only small amounts of food per day for a few years (like 1 meal a day very very often). Recently I have started working out and I am looking to replace the fat I have with muscle ( I am 5.9 at 155 pounds approx maybe 10 pounds of extra belly fat I think give of take) but I know I need to change my diet and eat more. I wonder if you have any advice for me in that regard? Don't worry if its not your area of expertise I'm just looking for information here and there to help.
I mean, you solved your own problem at the outset of your comment here; you said you're eating shit foods and small amounts of food (or were at one point) and know you need to eat more. That's it! Eat more clean foods, hit your protein goal, and be consistent. Stay in a moderate surplus if you need to gain weight (which you will need to do if you want to gain muscle) or in a moderate deficit if you need to lose weight (which you will need to do if you want to lose that "extra fat")

What’s your cycle?
I'll do a video breaking it down at some point, but it changes across the season. Currently 750mg test, 1000mg mast (weekly) 10iu GH (daily) and 5iu Lantus (daily, AM) GH doesn't ever change much, but test/mast drop down to 500/300 in a pull-back/health phase. My bloodwork is perfect on that dose. From there, when we start a growth phase, we titrate up as needed to continue to push training, bodyweight, etc. as bloodwork values permit. Getting mid phase bloodwork next week so within a week or two I'll do a video going over that and breaking down the approach to PEDs in more depth!
Back is my favorite to train.
