I've seen the new English subtitles, and they weren't as good compared to the original ones. Watching various episodes of Sailor Moon with English subtitles, I changed my mind and preferred the Viz Media dub of Sailor Moon. I have decided that the Viz Media dub of Sailor Moon is the best dub of Sailor Moon. Everything went well for the original Japanese version until I have seen the new subtitles, so that's why I have decided to stick with the Viz Media dub of Sailor Moon. Don't get me wrong, the Japanese original has a great dub, it's just that I didn't like the new subtitles. When you have an English dub that's pretty much the same as the original Japanese version, it's no longer necessary to watch it in Japanese.

So yeah, it seems at the end of the day, it was produced by Cloverway (according to the end credits) using DiC's score (with permission most likely for the VHS releases and Toonami broadcasts) using the same cast as DiC before some of the actors changed in-between making the movies and the later two seasons (S and SuperS) and of course the home media distribution license was with Pioneer/Generon.
