Looks like it will cost 50 thousand to fix and upgrade it. Who knows what condition the wooden hull is in... what if it was to *unfortunately * catch fire.... insurance would payout quite well due to the size of that ship.. that vintage boat smells/leaks/ everything need rebuilding. I would much rather have a 32 cabin cruiser. Fiberglass hull and modern designs. Much better storage. A fire is a major risk in an old lady like that. Plus boiling water lines all over the ship. Basicly not my cup of boat.. propane heaters are so much more effective. Sell and buy a newer smaller boat. Ive had experience with an 1975 boat. There will always be somthing to fix. Invest in a newer boat. Trust me

Interesting in depth finance analysis there guys. The monthly heating costs will be much less for several months of the year (?) Repair cost set aside and survey cost /servicing additionally, yeah? Surprised how cheap insurance is my non live-aboard sailboat is £325 a year. Our mooring and membership just came in at £825 in Cardiff so not complaining 😂

I have the DJI Mini 3 and still on old firmware, i would have been pooping myself in your situation as there was a huge possibility the drone could have ended up at the bottom of the estuary.

Let us know if you have experienced the same issue with your DJI MINI 4 PRO Drone or similar, and what you did to fix it.

Next time hook left past cbyc and over to cardiff yacht club so we can see out boat on the trot please 😂. Be good to hear how fuel and and the like you get through an hour/trip. Also performance of yours. 5 to 6knts with zero tide and around 1.5ltrs/hour when on the engine for us if was want to gloat. 🫣

I think when you were taking off from the boat, the drone was trying to hold the GPS position, while the boat was drifting with the tide, so it looked like the drone was wondering off! Just a thought, keep up the good videos 👍

Anyone else had a fault with their DJI MINI 4 Pro after a software update in October? The Drone wouldn't hover and carried on going on its own! I was lucky not to loose it! Let me know in the comments below if you have had this happen or know why it happened.

I went on this boat as well , It's all the boat I would ever need . Even the crew area was impressive for a boat under 60ft.

I’ve seen better for £13.5 million. Always felt that Princess yachts were slightly bland and lacking in imagination although if someone offered me one,I’d be happy.
