Few of these were particularly liminal at all to me but they were still quite a nice collection of decorations. the kitchen in 5:24 looks pretty cool though, I wouldn't mind something like that year round as just a kinda lower light to have on that would spill in to the rest of the house at night to see your way around. Those bedrooms done up for retro halloween movie night are cute.

I don't know why exactly, but foggy liminal spaces are one of the most liminal feeling ones for me personally, likely it is due the short visible distance making it look like a seperated world with you being alone in it and you only see a short part of the area anymore making it look like completly different making it very liminal. I remember being on a field once and there was dense fog, it was like I wasn't in my area anymore. I saw only the path infront of me and the field to my left and right.

What is it about liminal spaces that makes them so mesmerising?

I like the variety here. A lot of pool room images end up so bland and samey. Pool rooms aren't really my thing as I really have no strong feelings attached to indoor pools or anything like that but I can appreciate they can be kinda weird/off in some contexts. Like indoor spaces that try to appear like they're outdoors. 6:10, 8:30 are a duplicate images though, there might be others but I didn't spot them.

Poolrooms are some of my favorite liminal spaces!

Single family suburban homes just feel lonely to me. No comfort or real great vibes at all. You could be in danger and nobody could know because of how isolated you are from the world. 6:48 has a vibe to it though.

3:10 what a lonely looking town to live in. Like a place surrounded by low density suburbs if not so far apart nobody can even see they have neighbors. Where nobody even knows anybody exists when the entire town closes at like 8 or 9. Maybe a vibe to experience but sounds like a depressing place to live.. 3:22 as well. Otherwise I just found the nature shots mostly nice to look at. Not really spooky nor liminal for most of them.

for next video, it would be better to add some ambient music and sounds. also try to follow a theme. perhaps it gets scarier or more recognizable as the video progresses.

0:22 looks like gm_nightlight 2:50 is pretty good 4:08 not liminal to me but a nice photo nonetheless. are the leaves already changing by you though? 4:49 liking the lego wall 4:58 and the little guys 6:23 a little backrooms-y 6:33 another just nice photo :) 6:53 also nice but definitely has more of a liminal vibe. The stuff around the park looks nice. The under the bridge stuff looks good though. I really like the palette here and how wet everything looks.
