I had 2 upper and 1 lower extracted.
Spring kab tak lagega ye???... mughe bhi spring lga hai upper teeth me lekin vo kaafi lamba lga hai ek canine se dusre canine tak .. ab spring ki vjah se mai mouth close nahi kar paa rahi hu kyuki vo bhar ko nikla hai thoda... apka spring kab tak lga tha??
Loops on molats for Headgear? I have 2 tubes on molsr tops ome hg ome arch wire I opyed for headgrar because elastics etc could do bite but the ortho said it would be a long timr and hg may come anyeay. Hg for you?
Really nice braces bandss etc So smart to wear btaces no mattrr the age You really have a nice set of ntaces. I am 68 with full 70s style wrap around bands hravy wote snd hradgear. 67 when I started and set backs including seizures have the braces coming off in 2028 sometime Headgear on now twenty four hrs per day but hg reduction should be comimg. Long time in braves but should be well worth it. Very hap@pyI ignore ahe a nd got the big metsl braces. How long for braces for you? Btaces are the bedt amf you look zwesome woth full metal Any friemds in braces? ..

i had an appointment with my orthodontist today, one of my upper lateral incisors is getting pulled now, just like yours was. how long did it take for yours to even out with the rest of the teeth?
I think they started aligning around 18 months, but everyone’s teeth move at a different pace. 🤔 I wish you luck!

Hi, it looks like you have tubes on your molar bands? Have they been used for something?
I looked at the brackets on my molars. They appear to be a loop for the main wire, but I haven’t used it.

I watched your progress. Looks very nice. My problem is a little harder to correct. I had deep bite and mismatched jaws. 3 1/2 years of braces at 40 years old. Now trying again to align the teeth in the jaws I've got. Braces aren't fun but they are tolerable.
Thank you! I feel like jaw correction is one of the toughest things to fix. Hopefully we both will be our of our braces soon!

Your dentist stretched the time really long , your teeth work wouldn't take more than 15 months. Mine was completely aligned within 14 months and was exactly like yours.
My orthodontist recommended moving the teeth slowly to maintain root integrity. Sometimes if you move the teeth too quickly it will lead to bone loss and roots to shorten. In turn, causing teeth to fall out at a younger age. I’m am thankful to receive thoughtful care, but having to where braces for a shorter time would have been great lol 😂 Hope you are doing well with your braces! Best of Luck!

The bite plate prevents my teeth from closing all the way when I bite down. It helps prevent me from biting off my brackets. It also allows the teeth to move out an incorrect bite position because the upper and lower teeth are not touching. Good luck with your braces too!

No, my extractions did not hurt. I had them removed by a dentist instead of an oral surgeon too. They numbed my gums before the extraction. There was just the pressure from the pulling. It took less than 30 mins to do 3 teeth.

I had extreme crowding. Extractions was the only option at my age to widen my bite and straighten my smile.

I haven’t lost a bracket. Hopefully, I don’t jinx myself lol
