Hello there. This my work ("The end of the horizon") for the Ryan's Leach July's competition. Big thanks to Ryan, for kindly hosting the whole thing, and help us all... @RyanLeach competition music George The end of the horizon #music #competition
I always find it astonishing when submods for TNO are adding more cool stuff compared to base TNO, especially in the music department, good shit.
pretty good track

I really love the deep drama you created in your entry, George. It does sound like a cult and it's very edgy. Lots of luck to you with the competition 🎉
Thanks for the feedback Jay! Glad you like it. Best of luck to you as well✌️

Thank you so much Marcel! Glad you like it!
I pretty much like it!
Amazing! Brilliant!
It is pretty solid you could have done way better than this
I'm sorry that you didn't get satisfied. Thanks for commenting any way!
Is that the new muse sounds ? Very cool arrangement
The main violins is from the project sam sordino. All the others are a mix of libraries... (I'm working in a DAW) Thanks for commenting!

Asawme!
Glad you like it😄
Sounds very nice. A couple of “gaps” near the start, but overall it sounds great
Thank you very much!! Think you are right, I had a plan there but it didn't end up do well...
Amazing!!! Congratulations and good luck!!!🙌
Thank you so much!!
I leave you my Like and my congratulations George! I uploaded my work this week too! Very good luck bro! Greetings from Argentina, where are you from?
Thank you so much! Nice to hear that Someone from South America Likes my music 😄. Heading to see what have you done! Also, I've been raised in Greece...✌️
Nice music. Sort of a background sound. You had a drum punctuating at :20 that I thought was going to lead to a new or dynamic variation on the theme. I was ready for it, but then it just played with the same initial theme. I think you lost the opportunity to build energy there. You went there at :40 so I would have preferred to have cut out the stuff in between. Your horns a few seconds later were hitting the same note percussively, but it would have been nice to have some one bar movement with them. I didn't understand the return to a softer theme afterwards. You probably had a plan there; I just didn't get it. It was overall very pretty.
Thank you so much for reaching out and commenting! Think you are right. The theme I wanted to achieve was something nostalgic (romantic?), so that was the reason for the soft vibe. But here you are right, I should have included more powerful music with a fresher melody, because it's getting boring I think. The horns were supposed to keep the melody at the same level before the new theme is introduced. I give you that they should have got more freedom and movement. I wanted a softer theme for coda, (finale), to give a feeling of smoothly fading out...(that was the plan, but think that didn't turned out that well as expected) Again, thanks for all of the feedback, (very important for musicians). Hope will see ya again in the next one in October 😄
Sucks nah it's cool ig

This is beautiful, very uplifting. I like how it feels like it gets slower to draw you in rather than speeding up. Thanks for checking out my attempt earlier, I have subscribed to your channel. Looking forward to hearing what you do in the future.
Thank for reaching out! I wanted to give that feeling of slow and romantic/nostalgic at the beginning, then a "powerful" entrance of the middle part and a romantic/nostalgic part at the ending... I can't wait to see your work in the future either! If anything goes according to plan, Ryan will host a competition in the October. Se ya in two months!😃
@@GeorgeKoukliatis Thanks for the heads up about Oct! You definitely achieved what you set out to, congratulations :)
I've been touched. Until today, I never had the pleasure to experience this level of melodic mastery from such an unknown artist. I've felt emotions ranging from pure joy, to pure sadness, and even anger, all in the span of 93 seconds. George Koukliatis, as the fine critic I am, I predict that you will reach highs no one has ever reached. You remind me of a young John Powell and that says a lot. I will forget you, nor your spectacular music, peace out ✌️.
Also. Slay. 😍
@jotaros, nice to hear that you found interesting my work on Ryan's competition. In terms of music, I wanted to achieve the feeling, that you explaining your self. Again, thanks for your compliments. Also, stay tuned for the next orchestral incomings. 😉👍
A good melodic sense to this which has interesting tones which inspire me as a guitarist who composes original music for my channel & uses similar visuals so I like hearing music like yours since there's good expressive and interesting dynamics.
Thank you so much for your kind words, and also thank you for commenting! The guitar is such a romantic and peaceful instrument that adds variety to the whole orchestral composition! Your instrument will always be appreciated in the industry and remain key for eternity! Also I'm glad to hear that a guitarist found my work interesting. I'll probably boast about it...
well done :) , some notes on some instruments end a little bit abruptly and could be hold a little bit longer i think , I Hope we will see us again at the next contest :D
Thanks for all the notes and for reaching out!! Definitely will use that feedback for the next one in October. See ya in two months!😄
Really cool, easy theme to follow. Try adding octaves to help support it a bit more and at times sounds like instruments are playing off tempo but not sure if it’s reverb or me lol but really cool like the guitar(harp) also
Thanks a lot! That's one of my first orchestral works. The octaves are a really good idea Indeed! I thought that the bit of an of tempo will help to the variety of the sounds, but think you are right, it doesn't sound that good at all. Thanks for checking out, and give all of that useful tips!! Definitely will use them for the next one! See ya in October 😄
@@GeorgeKoukliatis definitely it’s my first year also, watch a lot of Ryan and Christopher sui they are good at explaining a lot and can’t wait to see !
