A Need is a project that a charity or individual is working on and needs help funding. The funding is delivered through products or services that unite4:good provides. Learn more at likes4good Help page: likes4good.com/help

A Deed is an act of kindness or social good, that individuals post and get support for. You get support for your Deed by getting other users on the site to vote for it. The voting period for each deed you post is 15 days. Once the voting period for your particular deeds ends, the votes you received are turned into crystals and put into your bank. 1 vote = 1 crystal.
