Ozark International Raceway OIR NASA MidAmerica Radical SR3 Regional Champs. New best run 2:29.236.
I'm creeping up on my mid 2:20's goal. My optimal lap time was a 2:28.4. I just couldn't seem to put it together. I was 3.113 quicker than my previous best time on my last visit. I will study video and data and see if I can keep whittling it down.

I was chasing Brian all weekend, he always seem to go a bit faster...He got a bit loose hear and goes off in the corner, he did not hit anything and was back on quickly. I don't have the straight away speeds as the big muscle and get left a bit on the big long straight away tracks. Still a blast to chase!

This was my first time at the St. Louis track. Short and fast. It is always amazing how much time you see that you gave up and apexes you miss, when you go back and watch these later. Sorry about the camera shake, I thought I had it fixed. I have got to find a better mounting solution... Thanks to Adam at Vivian for their help and for coming out for a ride.

This is not the best lap...I had a broken camera mount and this was the only run I got without severe camera shake. I hit some rumble strips on the back side and video cuts out for about 15 seconds. Please excuse the picture being a little washed out as my camera also took a rock to the "face"so to speak and chipped the lens cover. I dropped my personal best 3 times this weekend. Last year was a 2:35.46. Dropped to a 2:33.122 out of the gate and then Sunday morning dropped to a 2:32.958 and finally to a 2:32.349. I had a blast chasing Cody Cardor. We are not in the same class, but every time I went quicker, he went quicker. He reset NASA TT1 track record 2 or 3 times this weekend, I believe. In the end he beat me by .071!...

Spun several times due to cool condition, cold tires, inexperience with the track, eventually started to get it, but still a ways to go...!

Radical SR3 RS 1500. Was cold and cloudy both days, no sun...I would say it had an effect, but there were a lot of track records broken so... I was only a few 10ths faster, some were much faster. A great time anyway you slice it.

Previous visit my fastest lap was a 2:45.66. I drop 6 seconds on my first session, dropped 3 more on the 3rd session. I dropped to a 2:35.4 on my first session Sunday morning. Over 10 seconds in improvement since my last visit. I definitely learned a lot!

There is definitely more time out there for me. The RSX ran a 2:17. He has a little more power, but i just need to figure it out. Yeah, it was too bad you had to leave early, I was looking forward to seeing you run that beast.
Very impressive. Are you lifting somewhere before the roller coaster? Seems like you could have more speed over the top. Acceleration on the backside is good, I have to push myself to do that.
There is a lift going in and coming out of the roller coaster. There is certainly more time. Catalyst has my optimal at 2:30.??(don’t recall exact), but I’m creeping up on my times as I don’t really need to be wrong here as you know how that ends…. If you notice previous best times, I am slowly increasing speeds through all sections on course.
