Grab is fine. Bolt is terrible. We waited for this driver for 20 minutes, got on the car and when they found out that we have already bought tickets to various tourist attractions they asked us to get out. The other time we ordered a bolt cab at night, the driver calledus he didn’t speak English. We waited for him, he never showed up. Neither did he bother to cancel the ride.
