PROBLEM ON COOLING LOAD ESTIMATION I DESIGN OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM CONCEPT OF RSHF GSHF ADP ERSH
The room sensible and latent heat loads for an air conditioned space are 50 kW and 10 kW respectively. The room condition is 26°C dry bulb temperature and 50 % relative humidity. The outdoor condition is 37°C dry bulb temperature and 45% relative humidity. The ventilation requirement is such. that on mass flow rate basis 20 % fresh air is introduced and 80 % of supply air is recirculated. The bypass factor of the cooling coil is 0.15.
Determine:
i. Supply air flow rate
ii. Outside air sensible heat
iii. Outside air latent heat
iv. Grand total heat; and
v. ERSHF (DEC 2017-14M)

Can we calculate wet bulb temprature without using psychometric chart?
WBT can be determined from sling Psychrometer practically
@kpacademy5855 is there any formula because i want without using any calculator and psychometric chart?
The dry bulb temp is 28 C but you considered 25 C in enthalpy calculation?
Yes there was some mistake in taking the value, plz consider 25C in numerical itself.

How you locate the point "S" If you consider temperature at S 15, then ADP is you will get 12.67 If you consider temperature at S 16, then ADP is you will get 13.84 If you consider temperature at S 17, then ADP is you will get 15 If you consider temperature at S 14, then ADP is you will get 11.49... So how you select?
Return air and outside air mix before the coil not after the coil
No, as per the Numerical return air mixes with Fresh air after the coil
RSH=100000/3600=27.78kW

The point of intersection of 25°C DBT and 50% RH is taken as reference point usually(if not specified otherwise)
WHY DO TRIAL AND ERROR WHY NOT BY CALCULATION. PHYCHROMETRIC CHART IS DERIVED BY CALCULATION. MIX AIR TEMPERATURE CAN B CALCULATED. ???
As there are two unknown and only one equation, we have to use trial and error methods to find unknown values. 1. You may use BPF formula and put values of supply temperature and Coil Temperature randomly which gives you given BPF 2. OR you may use graphical method as discussed in video

In relative humidity Pvs should be taken for 28 degree Celsius but u had taken for 25 degree from steam table
